Shipping & Return Policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalized or custom jewellery may need additional processing time before dispatch. If a single order contains both personalized and non-personalized products, Aajiva may ship the ready products first and complete the remaining delivery separately.
Aajiva offers a 7-day return window for unused and unworn items. The return request must be raised within the allowed timeline, and the product must reach the brand's verification process in acceptable condition.
The standard return window does not apply to the following categories except in verified cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect / spurious deliveries:
Important: Refunds are processed only after a quality check at Aajiva's warehouse. Shipping charges paid while placing the order are non-refundable, and third-party marketplace purchases remain subject to the return rules of that original purchase platform.
If a customer claims multiple items were returned but the pickup package contains fewer products, Aajiva may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item from the refund. This can also apply to free gifts, promotional items, or silver coins sent with the order.
Once a return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process is initiated. Refunds are calculated strictly on the original purchase price shown on the invoice and are not adjusted based on later discounts, market changes, or revised website pricing.
Customers may request a replacement or exchange subject to the same eligibility rules that apply to standard returns. Replacement dispatch begins only after the originally delivered item has been picked up successfully, or in certain gold-jewellery cases, after it reaches the warehouse for inspection.
How to initiate a return: You may raise a return request through the official website or app, or contact customer support for assistance with the process.
Reverse pickup guideline: Once a return is scheduled, the customer should remain available at the registered address and answer calls from the assigned logistics partner. If the pickup attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the return may need to be booked again from the beginning.
Non-serviceable pin codes: Some locations may support forward delivery but not reverse pickup. In such cases, the customer may be asked to self-ship the parcel through an alternate courier such as India Post. Aajiva may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs up to Rs. 70. Any amount above Rs. 70, including duties or extra local charges, may be deducted from the refund.
Mandatory evidence requirement: If you receive an empty parcel or find a missing product, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A continuous 360-degree unboxing video is strictly required. Videos with cuts, pauses, edits, or unclear evidence may lead to rejection of the claim. Aajiva reserves the right to take the final decision in such disputes.
